Jonathan Lawrence-Archer ACA – Partner
Jonathan joined the firm in 1992 and is the firm’s audit compliance principal as well as being responsible for the overall running and development of the practice.
In his years in practice, Jonathan has been involved in a number of IT projects, tax strategies and the provision of the normal audit and accountancy services of the firm. He has considerable experience in dealing with all aspects of overseas companies and international business arrangements.

Mark Lynskey CA - Partner
New Zealander Mark joined Bruton Charles in 1991. He is a member of the Scottish Institute.
A highly experienced accountant and business advisor, he has had practical experience ranging from very small concerns through to public companies and has considerable experience in dealing with the purchase and sale of businesses and tax saving strategies for larger companies.
Mark is the firm’s resident Money Laundering Compliance officer.

Keith Roberts ACA – Tax Partner
Keith joined the firm in 1993. He specialises in tax compliance and planning for both individuals and companies. In addition, Keith has a great deal of experience in setting up and advising new business start-ups and is also an audit compliance officer for the firm.
